Do I really get unlimited contacts on every plan?
Yes. A2ZsmartCRM is built for high-volume sellers, so we don’t cap contacts.
Higher tiers unlock more automation, intelligence, seller workflow support, and marketing — not contact counts.
How does the 7-day Elite trial work?
You create an account, choose Elite, and get the full Elite experience for 7 days with no credit card.
When it ends, you can stay on Elite, move to another paid tier, or drop back to Free Forever — your data stays.
What’s the difference between Elite and A2Z Elite Marketing™?
Elite is your core CRM seat — SmartBoard™, LeadFinder™, SmartAssistant™, calendar, deals, Learnings™, and the daily closing workflow.
A2Z Elite Marketing™ is the org-wide campaign engine with 100,000 included emails, Marketing seats, and the sending infrastructure that powers larger campaigns.
Who can see the Marketing tab?
Only users with a Marketing seat (and your internal CRM team) can access the Marketing tab.
Regular CRM users still get personal email tools and guided outreach workflows, but not bulk campaign tools.
Can I add or remove seats later?
Yes. You’ll be able to adjust CRM, Marketing, and View-only seats directly in the app, and we’ll keep billing in sync inside A2ZsmartCRM™.
How does LeadFinder™ usage work on paid plans?
LeadFinder™ is included on Elite and Enterprise. Your A2Z team can pull additional leads in the background, and SuperAdmins have
more flexibility for unverified test pulls. You don’t see credit math — you just see clean leads ready to work.
What is A2Z Direct Intelligence™ and how is it billed?
A2Z Direct Intelligence™ is an optional per-user add-on for deeper research, richer contact intelligence, stronger insight generation, and advanced support work.
It is billed per assigned user and is designed for Elite and Enterprise setups.
What are A2Z Private Server Access™ and A2Z Enterprise Dedicated Server™?
A2Z Private Server Access™ helps set up trusted sending support for teams that want stronger delivery foundations.
A2Z Enterprise Dedicated Server™ adds a more isolated sending environment for larger orgs or stricter compliance needs.
Can we pay with a single invoice for the whole company?
Yes. Enterprise and multi-seat accounts can be billed centrally with one subscription that includes seats and add-ons.
You can still see per-seat breakdowns and usage through your A2Z Admin views.
What happens if we downgrade?
You can downgrade from Elite to a lower tier at any time. Your historical data, contacts, and boards remain in A2Z —
you’ll simply lose access to features that aren’t available on the lower plan (like bulk marketing and some automation).
